Strelitzia nicolai

This is a large growing bird of paradise with lovely big 45cm long blue and white flowers. This tall banana like plant has leaves up to 1.8m long. Plant in full sun to part shade in rich free draining soil. Tolerant of light frost. 6 x 3.5m.
